It takes just a few steps to sign up for Columbia's free ZipCheck direct payment plan. Enroll online or follow the steps below to enroll by mail.

1. Download the ZipCheck Automatic Debit Request Form in Adobe PDF format.
2. Print out the authorization form, and fill out with your information.
3. Include a voided check to enroll through your checking account, or a voided deposit slip to enroll through your savings account.
