Payment
While Columbia Gas has a responsibility to provide natural gas to customers in a safe, reliable manner, you have a responsibility to pay gas bills promptly. You may obtain a 24-month payment history upon request.
When to pay
Bills are mailed monthly and are payable upon receipt. The due date shown on your bill applies only to charges for the current billing period. The due date does not apply to any previous account balance. If you are unable to pay, please contact us immediately to make payment arrangements.
