Reconnection of Service

It’s always easier and less costly for you and us to keep your gas service on. Arranging for payment extensions avoids inconvenience to you. It also helps reduce our costs of operation, which ultimately benefits all customers.

If service has been disconnected for non-payment for ten business days or less, it will be reconnected by the close of the company’s next regular working day, upon payment or proof of payment of an overdue bill, plus a $52 reconnection charge and/or a security deposit.

If service has been disconnected for non-payment for more than ten business days, it will be reconnected within five business days, upon payment or proof of payment of an overdue bill, plus a $52 reconnection charge and/or a security deposit.
