Paying by Mail
A return envelope is provided in each month's bill. Just tear off the top portion of your bill and enclose it with your payment so that our address appears in the envelope window. Be sure to print your account number on your check or money order. Please allow five days for us to receive and process your payment on time, and do not send cash through the mail to prevent loss or theft before it reaches us.
Lost your bill?
If you have lost or misplaced your Columbia Gas of Ohio bill, you can mail your payment to:
