Disconnections and late fees are suspended until July 29. Know that we offer options to help you manage your billing and payment including:
- Flexible payment plans – Plans that spread the balance due across multiple months. NEW: You may be able to enroll in a payment plan online. You’ll need to register an online account to get started.
- Assistance programs – You may be eligible for programs that can provide bill payment help. Find out if you may be eligible using our income-eligibility calculator or reach out to your local community action agency for more information.
- Budget Plan billing – A program that allows you to pay about the same amount each month, and we calculate that amount based on usage, weather and projected costs.
