If you submit a payment on your scheduled shut-off date, we cannot guarantee that your service will not be shut-off that day.

Our Reconnect Process
If your service has already been shut-off, you may need to take a few steps to take to receive service again.
- You will be required to pay a $52 reconnection fee, in addition to the potential past-due amount on your account.
- You must ensure safe conditions in and around your home for our employee to reconnect your service.
Once we receive receipt of the full required payment or proof of payment, we will schedule your reconnection.
- If your service has been disconnected for less than 10 business days, we will reconnect service by the close of the next regular business day.
- If your service has been disconnected for more than 10 business days, your service will be reconnected within three business days.
