Imposters and Utility Impersonators
Be alert to people who claim to be a Columbia Gas of Ohio employee asking to come inside your home or potentially offer a refund or rebate. Our employees never deliver cash refunds or rebates to customers at home. All account transactions are handled electronically or through the mail.
If an individual claiming to be affiliated with Columbia Gas of Ohio refuses to provide you with their company photo identification, immediately call 911.
