Ashley Weaver serves as Vice President of Gas Operations for Columbia Gas of Ohio, where she leads all gas operations, including system operations such as corrosion, leakage, and meter and regulation. She is focused on delivering safe, reliable, and efficient natural gas service to 1.5 million customers across the company’s 61-county service territory. Previously, she served as vice president for gas distribution construction across all six states in which NiSource operates. 

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Weaver joined NiSource in 2023 in the construction organization. Prior to that, she spent her career at American Electric Power, a public utility serving more than 5.6 million customers across 11 states, where she held a range of roles spanning generation, transmission, distribution, fuel procurement, and strategy and transformation. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Miami University and an MBA from The Ohio State University. 

Weaver lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with her husband, Matt, and their twin daughters, Sydney and Madison.
